14-DAY HASSLE-FREE RETURNS

At SIGNED FATE, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not 100% in love with your new jewelry, we’ve got you covered.
How it works: You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to decide if it’s right for you. If not, you can return it for a refund or an exchange.
Return Conditions:
  • Items must be in their original, unworn condition.
  • All original packaging (box, pouches, etc.) must be included.
  • To start a return, simply email us at support@signed-fate.com with your order number.
Easy Process:
  1. Contact us: Send a quick email to our support team.
  2. Ship it back: We’ll provide you with the return instructions.
  3. Get your refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
