What’s Covered? Our warranty is designed to give you peace of mind. We cover any defects in materials or craftsmanship for the lifetime of the product, including:
  • Broken Clasps or Chains: If the mechanical parts of your bracelet fail.
  • Missing Stones: If a stone falls out due to a manufacturing defect.
  • Structural Damage: Any issues that arise from the way the piece was made.
How it Works: If your jewelry experiences a covered issue, we will repair or replace it for you – free of charge.
